Several points for attention in process quality control of case sticking machine
（1） Understand the work flow of the case sticking machine, and understand the work order, especially whether there are special requirements in the remarks column;
（2） Carry out the first inspection on the glued box products and fill in the quality inspection record form in time;
1. There shall be no degumming, blistering, false adhesion, oil stain or missing print on the case sticking machine;
2. The quantity and height of the finished products are the same for each board, the finished products are stacked neatly, and the finished product card is filled in in a standard and clear manner;
3. The packaging direction and quantity of the carton sticking machine shall be in accordance with the customer's requirements. For the same product, its defective products shall not be used as the pad paper. Pharmaceutical boxes and defective cardboard shall not be used as the pad paper;
4. There shall be no displacement, wire burst, or semi penetration. Special attention shall be paid to the bonding of products after two molds;
5. The carton shall be formed, the distance from the seam overlap shall not be more than 3mm, the wrap angle and loophole shall be less than 5mm, and the carton shall be flat, clean, and free of material shortage and edge exposure;
6. Special products shall be produced in strict accordance with this operation instruction, and shall be specially used for special boards;
7. When bonding, first check the inner paper, and then check whether there is any defect in the corrugated on both sides, whether the grooves at the shallows are dislocated, burst, and whether there are bruises and scratches;
8. The adhesive is firm and not easy to pull apart;
9. The joint clearance shall be controlled within 3-9mm and the standard clearance shall be 6mm;
10. The deviation between tongue and slot clearance is not more than 3mm, and the scissors difference is not more than 3mm
